02 — How the delivery is made

Three ways stores reach the vessel

Mode 01

Alongside

Truck to the quay and stores craned or trolleyed aboard at the berth. Gate passes and port permits arranged in advance with the terminal.

Mode 02

Anchorage by launch

Supply boat from the nearest jetty for vessels at anchor — standard at Fujairah, available at Jebel Ali, Khorfakkan and Saqr.

Mode 03

Airport & bonded transfer

Spares flown into DXB or SHJ, cleared and forwarded to the vessel; bonded stores handled under customs seal.

Send the berth or anchorage position with the requisition — we confirm the delivery window with your agent and return a signed delivery note with the port paperwork.

Calling at a port not listed? We arrange supply through our agent network across the Gulf.
