Bonded stores in the UAE, end to end

Customs seal, escort, tally and the delivery note — what your agent needs from you before the truck leaves the warehouse.

Bonded stores move under customs control from our warehouse to your locker. Nothing about that is difficult, but every step has a document, and a missing one stops the truck at the gate.

Before the truck loads

Customs declaration raised against the vessel's call, the agent's confirmation of the port and berth, and the master's order signed. The declaration names the vessel, not the company — a change of vessel means a new declaration.

Seal, escort and tally

The load is sealed in our presence and the seal number appears on the delivery note. At the terminal the tally is done against that number before the seal is broken, usually with the agent present.

Aboard, and afterwards

Goods go straight to the bonded locker, which is sealed by the master. Keep the signed note and the declaration copy together — that pair is what a PSC or customs query asks for months later.

What to send us
  • Confirm vessel name and call sign exactly
  • Give us the agent's contact before the ETA
  • Keep the sealed-locker record with the note
